Minutes of a Parish Council Meeting held at Snitterby Village Hall on Thursday 21 November 2019.

Present: Natasha Vick (Clerk), Cllr Brian Milton, Cllr Tom Gundry, Cllr Georgina Kettle-Gundry, Cllr Ben Thornton, Cllr Helen Thornton

There were no members of the public present. The meeting commenced at 1935

1.   To receive apologies for absence.

No apologies received

2.   To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

No declarations received

3.   To review documentation received from Stephen Brookes at onlincolnshire and decide next steps Parish Council confirmed to formally notify to onlincolnshire their interest in the scheme and to receive confirmation that 30Mb/s is not accessible in Snitterby.

Parish Council appointed Parish Lead as Natasha Vick with support from Sunil Kapil.

Council agreed to draft up a letter with a tear off slip at the bottom requesting the required information and to have this dropped back at the Clerk’s house for consolidation. After receiving the reply slips a door to door can be carried out to follow up replies. Letter to be issued to all residents of the Parish including notification that some houses may be too far out to enable a cost-effective solution.

Council also agreed to discuss with Stephen Brookes how far the village boundary should extend for funding as some dwellings may be too remote for the funding to be sufficient and also to confirm the definition of business and where the business address needs to be and whether new build plots with permission are also eligible.
