AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
3. Broadband update from Stephen Brookes
4. New councillors to sign declarations of acceptance of office
5. To approve the minutes of the meetings held on July 25 and August 29
6. Police Matters
a. To receive the police report
b. To report urgent matters to the police
7. To receive reports, questions and answers from the County Councilor and District Councilor.
8. Clerk and Councilors to report back on previous action points
a. Bus shelter – Highways confirmed that a paving slab can be installed
b. No response received as yet from LWT regarding the appeal for lodges at Holywell Grange. Response sent 06/09/19.
c. Limited review into Play Area funding. Roundabout likely to cost around £6k. Clerk to contact Council to discuss funding options but likelihood is that some community input will be required to assist in securing funds.
